Im not going to lie. It doesnt make sense to me. First of all, I dont know anyone that would trust someone after they raped them, even if they where drunk. Second, what he did was illegal. The first thing that that kid should have done when she told him was go to the police, not jp.
I think that the plot is improbable and it could give people the wrong idea.

I think the actual writing was great though. As a writer you did very well.
