Aww this was too cute. I mean, I do feel totally bad for the girl because the other girl doesn't love her but just the way she was thinking about her was definitely very cute.
And it was the simple things you described, such as picking up the blanket to smell it because of her scent, the soft sigh and the hand on her hip... it was all so incredibly sweet and accurately describes how most of us feel when we have that certain someone who seems to make everything feel so right.
It made me sad though, that she's still hung up on the other girl even though she can never return those same feelings for her. I was hoping for a happier ending but, again, it was handled realistically since it sometimes takes a lot to get over a certain someone. So even though it kind of ended on a down note, I'm also glad she still had hope for their relationship.
