I absolutely loved this piece. The best part about it, is that it’s so incredibly simple, yet it so perfectly written. There are a few line that I really loved, especially towards the end, and overall the whole story gave a pretty strong tug on my heart strings. I also love the idea of loving someone so much but not being able to have them or hold onto them, especially when they are so young, and when you don’t get the chance love them. And lastly, I really love the closing line, it’s very solid, but leaves me with conflicting feelings. Good job and Good luck.
I'm serious. This is as tragically beautiful as Maria. You've written it so simply that the story lets the characters shine exactly as they should. It's wonderful, no matter how it much it hurts, and it just keeps reinforcing how great a writer you really are.
Now I must wipe my tears before they short out my laptop.
