Oh my God. That was wonderfully bittersweet. I loved the way she was so into him and it kind of reminded me of when I liked my friend. I liked the way they didn't end up together because that's horribly cliche. I would've enjoyed it the other way, but this just felt more realistic. I feel so sympathetic for the main character and that's hard to make me do. Great story.

Aw the story was super adorable. I love how you didnt end it with them being together or kissing or anything. Just keeping it as it always was. Something different and totally great. I loved the layout, simple. No spelling or grammer mistakes. I could also hear the song playing in my head when I read it. Keep writing and don't let anybody ever tell you different.

I love this story. It's so heartbreaking though because I really connect with her. It's what I'm going through, though he's not exactly as close to me as he is to her. Still, we're good friends and I want so much more. It's like a cliche love story, and I love how the ending isn't the cliche happy ending, but the terribly sad truth; that it isn't likely things will end happy.

This was wonderfully written. Keep up the good work! :)

Hi! I'm so happy that I found your story by random :D!
I'm a new user and I wasn't sure how to comment LAWLZ, but I finally figured it out. I just wanted to say I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this oneshot!!!!!

I hate how it ended yet I loved it. I really wanted the girl to end up with the boy but this is heartbreaking. This reminds me of my first love. Thanks so much for the bittersweet memories. (No sarcasm or finger-pointing). Just reminded me of the good times and how much of a scaredy-cat I was.

Thanks so much for this one-shot!!!!!! I'm off to find more stories of yours!!! You got yourself a loyal fan from now on 8D!

PS - Did I tell you how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this!?

So much symbolism. So much meanings. So much truth.

What is with Humans and their need to be together, or to perhaps even prove something? Why is it that Humans must feel attraction and then because of Fear/Stubbornness, they refuse to acknowledge it because they don't want to jeopardize what they already have.

I'd have to say that your writing vastly improved since the last one-shot of yours that I've read. Every intricate details are emotions that every person felt before. The motif at the end was heart-wrenching to read, but it did have a beautiful and sad impact.

Love is such a stupid/useless emotion, yet our whole world always revolves it 'round it. I love your meanings, they're so deep and subtle. The best thing 'bout your stories is that there's not just one meaning, but several other subtle meanings as well.

I'd have to say this one-shot is definitely the one that proves that you're growing as a writer. :D
Give yourself a pat on the back for this fantastic story!

This is brilliantly written! Is it a one-shot? Cause if it is I loved how you ended it with them not being together. It would be 110% cliche if you did that. Though I wouldn't mind.

"I thought about the fact that I’d hate to be her. Then, I remembered who she was dating and I fell into that huge, seemingly bottomless pit of envy and jealousy." I love this!!
