Oh whoa! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to comment! I've been hanging out with a friend for the past two days or so and haven't been on the computer much at all :P But anyway, I'm here now so that counts right?

And poor Johnny, he always gets the blame! Geez. We have to stick together, y'know? Short people always get picked on, man! Heh, just messing around :P

It seems like Crystal is going to have a few trust issues, and I really can't wait to see what you do with them! But it seems that Jimmy has been really understanding so far--so I'm hoping that he won't be trying to push her into the whole 'father-daughter' relationship right away. It's obvious that she wants that, too, but I think she might need some time to adjust to things.

Nonetheless, I hope she warms up to him!

Yay :D I've got to say, I'm loving the frequent updates! Hahah. This was just as cute as the last chapter--but her scratching is a little worrying to me. I hope it doesn't develop into some self-mutilating thing :o And I'm glad you included this chapter as it really explained where the men came from ;) Oh, oh! I just love how Leana is willing to back Jimmy up, especially if she's only now just found out about her! And the guys, too. They're all so sweet!

Although mine is around, I don't have the closest relationship I could have with him. So I can sort of imagine how that must be for you.

Okay... great update :D I thought it was really cute. I'm willing to bet Jimbo's gonna make a pretty great dad, and if not, it'll be pretty entertaining to see how he messes up. As mean as that sounds xD I also thought it was amazingly sweet how he scared those guys away (I'm also wondering where they came from. Will the next chapter have the same events but in Crystal's POV?) and he asked her for a hug! And she accepted! If it weren't 1 AM, I would have sqee'd out loud. So cute.

Now, onto the subject at hand! I loved this chapter :D It was great. Crystal (my eldest sister's name is Crystal, so I can relate to her a little more by that, too xD) is still a very believable character, and I still love that quite a bit. She's still scared. She doesn't know what Jimmy or anyone will think of her. I just can't wait to see how they both react when they meet each other!

Whoa, how did I not find this earlier? Geez. As you already know, I love father/daughter fics, and I'm pretty sure this one is no exception. It's off to a great start, you took something that was done a lot but made it seem real, Crystal is scared out of her mind like anyone in her situation would be, not all rough and tough and 'I don't need you' and whatnot.

Anyway, I hope you update this soon! I subscribed ;)
