This was amazing. and the last chapter was seriously beautifully written. I LOVE how it ended.

Sometimes I get sick of all the happy endings on here. This ending just fit, and I'd lie to read a sequel. Your writin is beautiful and I can't get enough of it.

Oh. My. God. I cannot believe you did this to me. I am so depressed now. I have school in the morning, my first day of eighth grade, which is rather terrifying and depressing, and it's one-freaking-thirty in the morning, and This. Is. So. SAD. I wanted John and Stephie to end up together. *pouts* Incredible chapter. I am literally stunned. This was AMAZING, and I seriously did not see that coming. Actually, I didn't even know this was coming to a close. Haha, I thought it was reaching its climax. Haha, I'm stupid. Lol. This was....... God, my vocabulary is so not big enough. I'm having a rather difficult time putting my jumbled thoughts into actual sentences. Oh, well. This was beautifully constructed and I loved every minute of it. Thank you so, so much. And yes. :) I most definitely would read a sequel.

It was a great ending, but I would love a sequel. I think there is so much more that can be done with these characters. Kennedy and Stevie together just doesn't feel right.
My favorite line, probably in the whole story is this one:
"She was the Atlantic, he was the land, and I was just a boy who fell in love with the ocean."

Something doesn't seem right about the way Kennedy and Stevie are together. Something seems unfinished.

wow. that's my first reaction. just wow.
this whole chapter was just beautiful, and it really ended the story well. although i'm a john fan, i'm happy with the ending. it makes things in this little story land right. favorite part:
"I didn’t miss being free, because I felt so much better being surrounded by the calming ocean."
the whole idea of "freedom" is something that i think about a lot. whether it be pertaining to government, religion, or relationships, it's always been an interesting concept to me. we have laws put in place in society that might seem like they restrict our freedom, but in reality they protect us from getting hurt. most religions have guidlines or rules that we are expected to follow, and in exchange we will live happy, safe lives. when i read this line in the story, it made me think of how relationships are like this as well. some people are afraid of being tied down to a significant other because they believe it will restrict them. really, though, the benefits of real love are much greater than the benefits of being single and doing whatever you please. that line just made me have this big realization and i thought i should share. hehe.
anyway, i loved it! it was a great ending, and also a great back to school present for me. =D

Oh, jeez....... Stephanie is seriously pissing me off with her idiocy. Kennedy is a complete JACKASS. And I feel really, really bad for John right now. Gahhhhhh! And the drama continues! OMG, I can't wait for the next chapter!!! Thank you so much for the new chapters, Steph! You're awesome! And -- OW! I JUST SCRAPED MY ELBOW ON THE FREAKING DESK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
