first, i'd just like to tell you that your story was the best part of my day. honestly, so much shit has gone down today. after it all, i came home, opened my laptop, and there was the email that said you had updated. i was so freaking happy. okay, on to my fav. part:
"As soon as I was sure he was asleep, I whispered what I should have told him a long, long time ago. He made no reaction whatsoever as I leaned down and kissed the side of his head.
'I love you too, John O’Callaghan.'"
honestly, i would have felt awkward making my favorite part a line during the sex. it was great, yeah, but i'm one of those shy gals that doesn't like to talk about it. =P anyway, this was just so sweet and adorable. i'm clearly just a hopeless stevie and john fan. i mean, they're so made for each other! i hope you feel the same way.... *crosses fingers* can't wait for more hot sex and adorable love!

the way it's written just made me think of my own happy summer memories. stevie seems to look back on it so happily and nostalgically, and i hope i have memories like that one day.
i also love the way that stevie never seems to blame john for his actions. i mean, i'd be pissed as hell if any guy, even more so my boyfriend, were to just hit and split on me. but stevie's just like, "yeah, he fucked and ran, but maybe it was good for me." gosh, i just wish john would open his eyes! anyways, i love it and can't wait for more!
ps: hope today was better than yesterday. =D
