I Need You So Much Closer - Comments

Aw kennedy's a good friend. I met him and the rest of the band this Friday. Garrett told me I had pretty eyes. Yeah I died a little. And John told argued with Garret about whose eyes were cooler his or mine. Mine won for some reason.... Well I'm done with that. I like the story :D

Wow. What I don't understand is that even through all the crap they've been through, why they can't just kiss and make up. I mean, yeah, I understand completely that he totally screwed her over. I get that. But the truth is? It's obvious that they're both totally still in love with each other. Always have been, and probably always will be. She may hate him right now, and he may tease her at his weird, creepy little game, and she may still be pissed off and have a big attitude problem (haha, sound like me! XD), and he may still be a man-whore, but they still have feelings for each other.

In other (shorter) words, this story is SO awesome! I love it. It's amazing. :) Thanks for updating so quickly!

God, i really hope that my comments somehow keep you posting every day, because i'm going to need more of this story soon. favorite part this time is two separate lines from different periods of stevie's life:
"John was everything that was bad for me, and I could never get enough."
aaaaand:
"I wasn’t expecting John to save me again, but he seemed to have a knack at knowing exactly what I needed saving from, and how to do it...."
i really liked the contrast in these two parts of the story because i'd like to hope that maybe john's done some growing up. he's clearly not "everything that [is] bad for [her]" anymore, and he definitelly cares. who knows? maybe stevie will realize how much he's changed. i guess i'll just have to wait for the new chapters to find out! =D

Its nice that John got her away from the party its nice seeing that side of him.

I can't figure out who I feel badly for, you know? This chapter I kind of felt bad for Kennedy, of all people, but hey... if I were Stevie, I would pounce on Garrett. He's my favorite member of the Maine.
My favorite part was:
"I hated him. I lost my best friend, the love from my other friends, my grades, and what did I get in return? Music. He gave me music, after he took everything from me."
Its kind of a really nice insight because John is what made Stevie who she is now.

"Start the car! Start the car!" This made me laugh so hard because this actually happened to one of my friends.....awesome chapter by the way =]

Love it love it love it

This story is centered around MY FAVORITE song, so that was enough to make me start reading but your phrases (i.e. "shit a chicken" and "sex on toast") continue to make me giggle. I can't believe John was stupid enough to cheat on Stevie at the one place he knows she'll be... what a dumb ass.

Oh my gosh, this is amazing! God, I think I'm in love with it. It's incredible.

love that it gives a little glimpse into john. the whole flashback was really great and i love that we really got to see into john's head a little. can't wait to read more!

i completely love the passion in this paragraph. i had this really crazy teacher at school once that loved music. she'd always show us youtube videos of concerts and tell us to look at the crowd. she loved to see everyone jumping or swaying in time as if they were one large mass rather than many singular people. music just has a way of bringing everyone together, and i love that. you did a really great job of articulating stevie's feelings! can't wait to read moreeee!
