It is so damn freakin' hard to find a good Supernatural story these days. Everything authors put in them is so freakin' unlikely or out of even the show's ordinary that they're terrible reads.

Which is why I'm ecstatic I found this one.

You have the best conversations I've seen between the characters, it doesn't sound written, if that makes sense. It sounds like something they would actually say, you know, if they were real. The situations are amazingly detailed too, which only adds to the realistic aspect. Seriously, it's awesome. Plus your original character isn't completely random and awkward. Jonah seems perfect for the storyline. And the storyline! Perfectly paced, with enough loose ties to keep you interested, but not so many that the story doesn't go anywhere. Sam or Dean, Sam or Dean? At first I was totally for Sam, but now that he's acting like a catatonic and Dean's all...ruggedly handsome, I lean more towards him. But both of them are loveable. What I really like is Jonah doesn't make any blatant remarks about liking either one, so it makes the whole thing seem more mysterious.
