The title intrigued me to the point that I just had to comment on this one. I'm not familiar with the series (I know, shame) but you did a splendid job at making these characters alive. It was almost like I was reading out of a novel. The atmosphere was creepy and somewhat dark with a bit of sillyness (I spelled that wrong didn't I?) and fun sprinkled on top. I must say, I loved it! I'm not lying when I say that I adored this. Great job. <3
Wow, this is new. I've never seen a Lemony Snicket fanfiction on Mibba ever. Like Benjamin Barker said, you write in the same style as Snicket. It's amazing! You did a lovely job on this! You should really continue this (: <3
Awh I love it, man I used to LOVE asoue (I still have all the books including the beatrice letters and the autobiography of lemony snicket & that horseradish book) ;D You should continue this if you want :)
Oh, god, I forgot I asked you to! My memory sucks.
First Lemony Snicket fiction I've seen, which makes me want to marry you. Believe me, honey, I'm not ever the marrying type, that's how much I love you for this!
Written in the very style of Snicket, seriously. It's almost impossible to tell the difference. I loved the fact that Sunny wants to be a dentist, and Klaus has a love interest. I never really imagined a romance between characters, and I've always loved Klaus, so this is pretty cute to read. I really did love it :)
“Mrs. Poe and I split up some time ago, and now I have more time for my career. They’ve made me Official Vice-Vice President In Charge of Orphans Who Have Grown Up and Own Bookstores. You know, there are far more of you than one would expect.”
Hahahah. I love that for some reason. <3
Anyway, this is simply amazing. You captured the bleakness that Snicket had packed into his writing. You'd make him proud. <3333
-flails- I LOVE YOU FOR WRITING THIS. I loved the SOUF series, and reading this was wonderful. The story seemed like Snicket wrote it himself. All the characters were spot-on. This was absolutely perfect. It was short and sweet and that bit of hope at the end was just amazing.
Dude fuck yes. I have never seen a Series of Unfortunate Events fiction.
To be honest with you I despised the books. After the third one they just kind of got boring. But I saw the movie. I love Jim Carrey, he makes me laugh.
I really, really like this. I love how you turned it into a romance. It worked out pretty wonderfully too.
In that picture he totally looks like Harry potter.
I'm in awe of the awesome going on in this. It gets me that you did Lemony Snicket, in the best possible way. Of course, it flowed well and had wonderful descriptions.
OH MY GOD. This is amazing. You got Lemony Snicket very, very well. I was afraid you'd kill it. But it's wonderfully written and flow is great. :D I expect nothing less.
Well, this is new. I've never seen or heard of a fanfiction about A Series Of Unfortunate Events. But this was nice. It was beautifully written. Just, uh.
Had he glanced at his wolf calender, he would have known that today was the day his one customer was supposed to come.
First comment! <3 I've come to like you, Acid&&your work, as well. This impressed me; though I'm like, who are these people? when it came to the characters. xD So sorry. Any ways, I really adored this. The writing was amazing, and flowed nicely. However - shouldn't the name of the bookstore be capitalized? (The first letters, of course.) And the first sentence was pretty brilliant, do I say so, myself. :) I liked the layout - plain, but pretty. ^.^
