I had highly enjoyed reading this story. It made me think 'what if Mark had felt the same but was never able to tell her>' or 'What if she told him the whole truth?' how different would the story had been. One thing is that you have a problem with tenses periodically and which form of a verb should be used. Other than that it was well written.

This story is very well written.
    It made me sad, too.
    I liked it. :)

I always love quoting the bland. Well I like your entry to the contest that wasn't mine. I made a similiar one called KILL ME NOW. But I guess it didn't give the same message. I wanted someone to kill off a major character in a horror way, a sad way, or any other EMOTION SPARKING WAY. They just gave me a bunch of ahhhh. If you want to enter this into my contest, I would be honored and you might just win a high place for the emotion, thank god, you put into it. Here is the link if your interested. :D
