this was beautiful. period.

okay so, i was beyond excited to read this simply because it's aaron voros and i love him with all of my heart and there was nothing on this website about him before this; i was so fucking stoked when i saw that you had posted it and when i read it, i simply fell in love.

i love how realistic this is, especially in the sense of events that would really happen. going from a relatively unknown person to semi-familiar face in the NHL. you incorporated aaron's sickness as well and that really won me over because you showed that you knew the player well enough to talk about his past and used true facts instead of making up things like some people do. it flowed better than some of the best stories i've read on here and your choices in wording was fantastic; i've read this close to seven times now and i can't get enough!

it was icing on the cake when he instantly remembered her years later; i love that he was so doubtful about fate but then that look that he gave when he saw her, it all clicked and he realized that it was really there. ugh, so much love for this one-shot!

I can't even begin to explain how much I loved this one-shot!
The flow was simply amazing and the story was so well put-together.
I enjoyed it so much and I can't help but hopelessly wish that there was more to it [:

I never got bored or felt like it dragged on, which is good. You always let stuff get out of control in length, and I love it. Hahaha. I love the plot and theme; so fitting for right now. Summer, Carnival. Just, perfect. And uhm, ALASKA. My dream home. <3

And oh gosh. He's like "Fate? Fuck this bitch. She's crazy." But she was totally right, silly little college boy! I love how it was so easy for them to just talk, and Caroline, she just knew. I love that. I love how you had cliches in it, but you made fun of them in the story. Like, so perfect. I loved the ending, of course. They saw each other again and it's an open ending, up for the reader to decide what will happen!

It was funny, it was romantic and sweet, and just awesome. I loved it, darling. <3
