I do like this :D The way you describe it, and somehow manage to fit romance into what should be a depressing story because of the subject matter, and make it an uplifting message instead, makes this story really well written, at least to me. And wow, was that a run-on sentence, sorry :P
Loved the picture too.

First of all, I loved your picture. For some reason I kept thinking it was Alex Gaskarth just because he always wears beanies like that and grey shirts like that one...

I liked this story a lot. Showed a lot of emotion and power and overcoming something when most try and don't succeed. I really liked the ending. I'm a hopeless romantic and love that Brodie gave up going and partying for Elle. Can't wait to read your entry for part two.
