Getting Out - Comments

Okay, so I think you know how much I love your writing. And this is just...amazing. I can sort of relate to Destin. My town absolutely fucking sucks. The people here are horrible and it's just UGH! Ew! ...okay, I'm rambling here now x] Anyways, how can you say that this is shitty? Are you freakin' high, girl? Like, really. This was amazing. I highly doubt there are any other words to describe this. The ending was so sad; I legit cried. He was so desperate to get out of that stupid town that he killed himself? D: It's just so tragic and awful. However, I love how you ended this with There’s no one home at his house, but it doesn’t matter. I’m crying and my heart is racing and I can’t get my breathing under control until fifteen minutes later when I’m out on the freeway, teeth chattering, with Destin’s finally free ashes strapped into the passenger seat. In my frame of mind, I think that she's going out of town with his ashes, where she can be finally free as well. At least, that's how I see it.
And no, it's not shitty. It's brilliant. I wish I could write like this <3

So, I enjoyed this! I think you did a really good job capturing the emotions and describing things. The ending was sad, but also really good :]

Just some advice, you might want to just go through and re-read what you wrote. There were some words missing and some things kind of felt like they could have been re-worded.

But otherwise, this was really good
