Um...okay. Things got VERY confusing at the end. All the love and joy is gone. There's a bit of mystery, but it's like the mystery has swallowed up the entire story so it doesn't make sense any more. Raven, though sweet and innocent, hasn't been very endearing to the audience. Ginny's only ever been jealous of Emily, so it makes no sense that Emily trusts her with her child, even if Harry's there. She was never particularly close to Ron. It said that Astoria was a roommate in the beginning, and she suddenly turned into Draco's fiancee. All of the order and thoughts that were there in the first story (I read all the way here, non-stop) are now gone. I think it would be good for you to (at least) skim over the other two prequels to get a feel for the direction of the story, and Emily's character- because she doesn't even seem to be the same person. It's like she was replaced by someone else- and not just changed over time. But if you want the story to take a completely different turn and that's the angle you're going for, then that's okay too.
