As I lie, I wonder if she remembers me. I wonder if she wonders."
You have such a beautiful way of wording such ordinary things. I particularly love the last sentence - the repetition, the slight sadness, yet it's sort of peaceful in a way too. :) I love your stories. They make me even more intrigued about your novel.
