This was cute. I have a thing for Japanese themed stories or characters, so I personally found in enjoyable to read. The couple seemed real, each with their own hopes, dreams, and doubts. This was a good read.

I don't know why but I wasn't expecting such a cutesy story.
Like it was so perfect, and nonfluffy.
Like it was, but it wasn't. If you get what I mean?
I don't know but your descriptions were impeccable as well as everything else you put into this.

First off, the layout is lovely. It set a nice mood for the story.

This is by far the cutest, sweetest story I have ever read.
It had a wonderful buildup. The story just seemed to bloom, like a flower :)
You write very poetically and it's very easy to follow. You convey emotions very well also. i think you have a talent for describing emotions :)
I loved this line, "his eyes glinted, or maybe it was the light", I can't really say why, but it just really stood out to me, lol.
Great story, very beautifully written. You can tell you had it all thought out ahead of time, and I really appreciated that it didn't wander aimlessly the way some stories do.

This is the kind of story you read when you've had a really bad day.
It's sweet, and the emotions really come across.

Also, I really love how you finished it.
The ending of this one shot is just the beginning of the story, leaving it open ended.
It's realistic without dampening how adorable it was.

I think there's either a comma missing after up and rose and one is meant to be on.

Either way, I absolutely adored your description of the champagne bottle and how nervous Megumi was about becoming famous in North America, it was very well written!
