I couldn't read chapter one because the layout technically screams that it's attempting to make me go blind.
At the end of the first sentence in the prologue, you kind of have a spazz moment with the explaination and question marks. I think a simple ? would be perfectly okay.
Last thing being the title - it gives the entire story away, for the most part. I suggest coming up with something that doesn't reveal the whole plot.
