i'm not a huge hockey fan, so i'm more or less reading this as an OF

i sort of love the beginning how soft and wam it is, how it's wonderful and soft and how she wanted him, but she knew she can't have him because it's not fair. i'm not a huge fan of the breaks in the scene being lyrics because that's sort of just distracting to me, but i enjoy how different the beginning it, how it's a sex scene to really kick off the story, hah. but i lvoe the characters, how they both know they're wrong, but it seems like they're so destined for each other. it's one of those things that'd make a beautiful movie full of lots of good one liners and heartwrenching scenes, i dunno, this is really wonderful with the only negative i'm really noticing being the song being apart of it, but that's a good bit personal preference.

Well. . . this is the first story I've ever read that starts with a sex scene, but you have managed to pull it off. At first I was wondering as to why you included it, but it obviously gives insight to their complicated relationship. I have yet to read far in your story, but so far I am enjoying it.

This is excellent! Hockey fics are a difficult breed to find worthwhile fics from, but I think this definitely has the stuff! Why is my writing so corny. Ohmygosh.

So, your writing is well-done, easy to read, and enjoyable at that. The lyrics worked with the storyline surprisingly well, seeing as most 'song fics' that are actually 'song fics' rarely work, themselves. I applaud you for that accomplishment! But I really enjoyed what I read of this :) You have talent, my friend!
