You should try to explain somehow everything that she would feel & think at that point. Try to describe how anyone would react, like the chill & nervousness that someone would feel when a hot guy is looking at you. When you really connect with the character, it'll become easier. Try to think she is you & that Alex is the guy you've been dying for & never noticed you until now. That'll help a lot. I don't know, maybe I made no sense, but I like this story & the plot & how it can develop! Take care.
