I think silk teeth has said everything that I'd wanted to say.

Simplicity goes a long way in proving a point. You did that beautifully. And Zero's character seems a tad depressing. Seriously dude, live a little. >.>

I feel bad for Zero. D:
But this was a wonderful story and I really like how simple it all is yet it's so full of emotion too.
    Wonderful job. <3

This was confusing, but in a very good way. I like stories that make me think, and this one certainly did. I was wondering about Zero liking the way his life is going. His parents seem to hate him, but he doesn't really mind, which is, you know, a bit off. Because why wouldn't you want friends? Why wouldn't you want your parents to be proud of you? Why wouldn't you cry if your parents insulted you?

Overall, I think you did a wonderful job on this, and I really quite like the simplicity of it all.
Well done, my friends, well done. C:

    I really liked it.
    Good job (:

Is there a hidden meaning? I do believe I can relate to this. Maybe not in such a drastic way, but I can. I think, perhaps, many people can. Where there are parents who do not encourage their child or may even put down their child, said child will not be able to succeed in life if they cannot break free of the restricting words of their guardians.

I would subscribe to this if the act weren't so redundant.

I love it. The ending lines are... I just loved it very much.

I also have a story named Zero, that's how I found yours, and I'm glad I did. It was truely amazing.

    This was heartbreaking!
This story was crazy good though, it was so powerful. The layout complemented it well because of it's simplicity, and of course because Zero's room was white.
I really liked reading this, as cynical as that sounds.
    Great job.

    This is beautifully described!
I felt really sad for Zero, I know how he feels in a sense, how people have little faith and feel that you can't achieve anything. Perhaps not to the extreme like this but I see it :)
I love how he was fine with things that would normally cause a lot of disruption in his life, it was different and unexpected.
I loved the layout too, it reminded me of his room and I loved the simplicity of it. <3

Why aren't there any comments on this?
It was written beautifully, and I liked the layout because of how simple it was. o.o <- I usually don't like that. xD
And I liked how he was OK with it all. I really do. It isn't something you see so much, these days. o.o
