Ohh. I really enjoyed reading that. And I got the shivers when she was told to sit down. You discribed that amazingly :) I loved it!!

I love the fact that it was something that wasn't expected. Like you didn't go for the "love" thing, which made me excited.
There were a few grammatical errors, like using "waste" instead of "waist," but nothing that made me wanna immediately exit out of the page or anything:)
I do wish you would've made the ending a little bit more of a cliffhanger, but I'm weird:) Like if'd you wouldn't have put "I had to go and get to know my mom better."
Plus it doesn't seem that realistic to me... I think most children put up for adoption would've at least had a little resentment towards their biological parents.
But I did really like it!:)
