Dear God - Comments

Once upon a time I let a boy push me into pleasing him in ways I shouldn't have. I have regretted it ever since. It's hard but I have faith that you will be able to concur that need to please people. I think you are a very strong person :)

It's awesome that people aren't ashamed to let everyone know about our amazing God. This is hands down one of the best things on Mibba.

It's great that you're finding your own way to worship. I have found though going to church and being part of the church community can help keep you grounded and makes thing easier in someways because you have that support system. If I don't go to church for a few weeks at a time I can start to feel the changes that happen in my life and I don't find them in my best interest. I hope this isn't the case with you though keep up the strong will to be closer with God.

I'll pray for you Mom and everyone else you mentioned. My Grandpa's cancer is almost completely gone, there is always hope and the power of God.

Thank-you for your letters, it reminds me that I'm not the only one who struggles with my faith and that at every second God is with us.

I really don't know you but I'm praying for you. We all need prayer and it's nice to know someones there for you. And like I said I don't know you but know someone else is standing with you and is where your at too. Many blessings

While I'm not Christian, nor do I follow organized religion, I do think this is very insightful and brave of you. If your God makes you happy, and he is your Lord and Creator, keep him in your heart. Always fight for what you believe in. I appreciate the people like you more than most others on this earth.

for some reason this made me kinda cry, but i think it was good tears. i like the fact that you posted something like this up on this website. it was brave of you, for some reason i would be kinda scared to post this.

i'm not sure what to make of this. this is either a brilliantly constructed satire of the effects of organized religion on dependency of the human mind (and if that's the case, well played, it's very well done), or you're actually being serious.
i'm hoping it's the satire, frankly.

This is such an interesting subject to write about. I've never read anything like this on Mibba and you have courage to do something like this. I've felt like this before toward God and I can definitely relate. :)
