The beginning had me wondering how/ why Ridley had become an alcoholic but, I was glad to see how the problem developed because it did give more of a perspective on why someone, in this case, the main character chose alcohol as a way to escape reality and why Jonny had put up with her addiction for so long.

I thought that the way that the story wrapped up was cute and really did make things come full circle for Ridley because, in the end Jon never did give up on her, just gave her the space she needed to make herself better.

It's always nice to read a happy ending where things do work out for someone who felt like she was at rock bottom. Great read!
