I see where Frank's coming from as it's understandable that he hates Lindsey and he's probably scared of loosing Gerard again right? but then I see where Gerard's coming from too cause to witness something like that and just forget about it would just be ridiculously hard and it's abuse so it can't really be ignored.

I'm on Gerarrrrd's side. I'm actually quite shocked that it took him so much thinking on the drive to decide that someone hitting Lindsey was not okay and worth doing something about. But, I've never been angry at Lindsey. I thought she was kind of dumb, but not really malicious.

I think Gerard should call the police or something. They'd do something about it right? Then he won't get further involved, Lindsey will get help, everybody happy!
I understand both Gerard and Frankie. When you see someone being beaten up and you don't hate her, you want to help her, simple as that. But Frankie hates Lindsey, and when you hate someone, especially when that person is your boyfriend's ex-wife, you don't want your boyfriend to help her. That totally makes sense. Hate is a strong feeling, and even stronger when it's connected in some way with love.
