It was actually a really good chapter and rather realistic in that she didn't go all psycho when she found the pictures in the kitchen. I'm still curious as to what the deal is with the girlfriend, so I'm pretty excited for the next chapter.

Probably my favourite part was Rose meeting Tom. That was classic. I like how you're shaping your characters already and not rushing anything.
