About the cat thing, I am allergic to cats but I still love them! If I was your parents, I would allow them. But this is what I would say. Your current cat needs a few friends to hang out and play with! Your current cat is lonely. You will take care of all of these cats, feed them, play with them, etc. And you will also clean up after them and love with them forever. That is what I would say.

As for the cats, I would just explain to your parents how much you want them and maybe tell them you will work around the house and do chores to pay for the extra food/litter/toys.
I would also tell them that you will take care of them to the best of your ability.
That always worked for me when I was younger :)

hey I loved the new chapter. Bill and his mom are such great people, but I missed Strify, Jeffree, and Lumi. I think that you're gonna pull a complete spin on Kiro's pregnancy though. Like Tom won't be the dad and Yu actually is and Tom is just protecting his best bud from heartache. I wonder how Bill would react if something like that happened. I feel so bad for poor Kiro and I bet he won't tell his parents. And this school is so awful teachers shouldn't be calling students "whores". Yu should kick their asses. update soon and thanks!
