A Song About Breaking Bones - Comments

  • I think this is quite possibly one of the saddest things I've ever read...I read all of your stories, here, about a year or so ago and happened across your page once again today - I've always been a fan of the way you're able to so eloquently depict a scene, a story, a character...
This is probably the saddest one of all. This story of heartache and love and hate and loss...I have to tell you that it almost had me in tears...all of this, just...Frank and Gerard and the ending and the beginning and everything in between was just perfect and sad. I can't get over the heartbreak of the whole thing. It was beautiful and perfect.

  • Dude, you never cease to amaze me. Can't wait for another. Everytime I see you've updated or created something new, it feels like I just got a new hoodie. :)

P.S. I just finished The Stranger about a month ago, and I loved it, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it mentioned here.

  • This story is so amazing. I have not read anything as good as this in such a long time - I mean, there's something in this that has brought tears to my eyes, and a strange hollow lump to my chest.
Just the rawness and the poetry... everything fits so well. It's so thought out and tragically beautiful. x

  • Oh. My. God.
This story was amazing, i cant believe i'm the first to comment. (wooo, i took your comment virginity)
I absolutely love your writing style, how you can take a simple gesture and slash it open and let the hidden beauty bleed out of it.
I love how you kept the story chaste and raw at the same time. How you caught Gerard and Frank's actual personalities and weaved them into the story, which most people fail to do- because, hey it's hard.
-sigh- I just love your writing.

And this story was so amazing, have i said that already? Oh, i have? Well, it's amazing.
