Ah, I'm so glad that you decided to do this chapter in Mikey's POV. It's kind of like coming full circle; now it's time to see Mikey's side of things. :)

You really managed to capture Mikey's true bitterness in this chapter, especially near the beginning when he was talking about Frank coming into the picture. When he explains things like that, you have to feel a little bit sorry, because that kind of situation happens to so many people, and you're powerless to stop it. I think that since you took over, you managed to turn Mikey into someone we can all relate to, rather than a... puppet, of sorts.

It surprised me at first that Frank was so forgiving but I suppose it's a lot better that way than having him still completely angry. But with the things in this chapter, it really becomes obvious that all of them were almost playing a kind of game with each other, just trying to seperate each other so that they could have the one they wanted. I never would have thought it that way before but now I realize just how deep this plotting went, instead of being just mindless fucking. Y'know?

That ending very nearly made me tear up as well; it's so bittersweet for Mikey and you expressed that very, very well. I cannot wait for him to get his own happy ending. It rather saddens me that this story is coming to an end but you're doing a very good job at tying up all these loose ends. :cute:
