Yep, Zacky was a total prick too. Little shit had no balls to stand up to Matt and just say that he knew Racyhel. Gotta wonder why he's following her around like he's shit stuck on her shoe.

Brian is such a shithead. Really. I find it hard to want to do anything other than slap the taste out of his mouth in this story. And Zack is a bit of a twat too, while I'm at it. Poor Evan is probably so confused about what's going on. I think it's Brian's lack of concern for what he's thinking that irritates me the most. I can understand him being pissy with Lyndsey, but to make poor Evan suffer for it... he needs a black eye.

Which i would gladly provide for him.

I think this is about the point in your first draft where you started over... so you're about to get to the part that I know nothing about! Which makes me SUPER excited! Actually i think it's after the next chapter... because I do remember Zack and Ray's back story.
