Oh my God, so I just found this story and fully read it, and might I say, it was amazing! :D
You are a really amazing writer. I realize you haven't been on here in a while so you probably won't ever see this, but I just thought I'd leave a comment because I very much enjoyed this story.
It had so many great aspects to it. You definitely had me emotional, especially toward the end, and it takes a lot for me to cry during a story. :'( I also enjoyed how this was more like an original fiction; not the typical stuff I see involving ATL on here. And for that matter, only two of them were in it, and the band wasn't really even discussed although with subtle hints throughout the story and with the way it ended one can imagine it was in the future still. :) But I like how you changed Alex's background up, although it was very sad. :( But it made for an even more unique story.
So, great job with it! I realize that I am four years delayed with commenting on it, gosh, has it really been that long since 2010? But I just found it because I've gotten into ATL more as people recently, although I have been a fan of their music for years. :)
But yes, so maybe you'll find yourself randomly getting on here someday to look back and you'll see this comment? But if not, that's okay too, life happens.
But I just wanted to comment to let you know that people were still finding this and highly enjoying it, even a few years later. :)
I may also be checking out the other stories you have posted as well, since I loved this one so much. :)

I think we need a sequel. But fast forward a few years. So they're off on their own. And the band established and shit like that. I LOVE THIS.

Can I just say, the trained shoulder bit...I can totally imagine that. Gah, Alex is just so...dreamy. haha.
