I have to say you are An amazing writer!! Your books should be published :) I myself have a vampire series but I have not yet posted them but I will soon enough :) hopefully you read mine cuz I would love to get feed back from you on my series, right now I'm on the third book to my series and still writing :)

OH GOD you have rightfully placed this series under comedy. "I'm sorry, I won't punch Gabriel anymore." For some reason, that tickled me pink. Okay okay, on with chapter three. Also, I noticed you switched the guy's name from Jake to Daniel.

ForeverLand: Your examples are exactly why I started writing a vampire story of my own in the first place. I was horribly disgusted with what I was seeing on TV, movies, and in books. I wanted to build a good story brick by brick, crafting a sturdy relationship on something more than looks, or money, or any other shallow reasoning.

Mainly I wanted to bring vampires back to their roots, their beginnings. Not the pretty boy sex machines that have invaded pop culture. Something dark and terrifying, something misunderstood and thus feared because of it, and yet mirroring the humans that created them in the first place.

Thank you, and everyone else, for appreciating my hard work. I may have started this story to spite the current vampire genre, but I've grown to love my characters and my readers and I can't stop now.

I hope you guys are still around. It's two months late, but I've started posting Book 3 of Vampire Stories. A LOT of stuff has happened that put my writing off, but I am mostly back on track. Thank you all so much for your comments and most of all your patience. Please enjoy the third book and continue to let me know exactly what you think. ^_^

Okay, first off, I want to apologize for not commenting on your stories sooner (I think I did, like, once on your profile, though). I don't comment often because I barely have time to, but you definitely deserve it! I love your writing style, and you actually have a storyline! Thank you so much for being such an awesome writer, and taking the time to share your work with us.
I don't like modern vampire stories. Usually, because most of them are cliche and predictable, with the "beautiful, rich, but down-to-earth" human girl falling for the "brooding, virgin, and sometimes glittering" vampire boy. You know.
That's why I was so surprised and relieved when Gabriel and Angie didn't have an instant connection or love-at-first sight thing going on. Gabriel is not a virgin, and had been married - with kids! So I'm hooked by this new, refreshing twist off of something I usually would ignore. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I cannot stress how much I am anticipating the next chapter of Vampire Stories.

You two are the best. ^_^ Thank you for all the support. If you know anyone else that would be interested in my stories, please feel free to pass them on for me. I know some may shy away from the Vampire theme thanks to Hollywood's recent offerings.

How this book didn't get any more comments than just 2 pages worth, is beyond me. I'm not sure that I can wait until June, but I'll deal. Thanks for being an awesome writer! :)

:O i love this story! I love how it's just so... whoa! Bahahah i sound like an air head, but no i'm a picky reader and usually turned off by these stories... then i found this one, as i said AMAZING!!!!!! Please update regularly like before!

I feel like I'm reading a 'best seller' for free and getting away with it. Your detailing is so vivid that I am able to feel as if I were one of the characters and part of the action. You always leave me waiting impatiently for the next update, and this update is no exception.

Just so you know, I haven't received an update email since November until tonight., so that explains as to why I have not been commenting every chapter.

Thank you so much for sharing your stories, I'm really enjoying them, but I do find it very frustrating to try to figure out whose point of view the story is being told from when it's switched back and forth. Apart from that, I 'm really loving it. Once again, thanks for sharing! :)

I don't look forward to any other story updates as much as I do with this one. I like the way that you don't rush any aspect in it... especially as far as any relationship goes.
