Although it wasn't much, the exchange between Savannah and Oli didn't seem like much, there's been a definite shift in attitude between the two. Now that they aren't at each other's throats, I'm hoping that it stays that way, at least for a little while.

So it looks like Savannah is in the denial stage.
Now that it's out there that maybe, just maybe, there's something more than hate between her and Oli, I'm wondering if his bandmates are sensing the same tension.
