So I got your comment and obviously decided to read your summary and comment :) So here it goes-the summary sounds really interesting. The story could turn cliche, so I hope you will take it somewhere new but I already have the feeling you will. You kept switching back from past tense to present tense though, like they had been dating for this long but she loves him with all her heart. It makes the summary a bit choppy so I would recommend going back and fixing that so it is all in one tense. Also, maybe describe a bit more. You did an excellent job at letting us know what the story would be about but you only spoke it to us, did not describe it to us. Like, for example, this part-

There was one point in their relationship where a rumor went around he was dating Taylor Swift and she didn't like it one bit, and he told her straight to her face he would never cheat on her or ever want to lose her again like that one time!

So the readers now know what is going on but instead you could say something like-
When a rumor spread that Joe might be dating Taylor Swift, Samantha was filled with worry and confronted him right away. He assured her that he would never cheat on her and with the affirmation of his love her worries were sent away.

See? Kind of just show a little more, show emotion and the action taking place of him telling her that he would never cheat, my example isnt that great but I'm sure you could come up with something better than I could since it is your story! Haha, but really the summary was great.

On a quick layout note-the banner is beautiful and I like the teal color for the story background, the red writing was a bit blinding but it did make a point so I think it was used efficiently. The icon backgrounds is pretty but it is a bit distracting from the text, but that is just me and I get easily distracted anyway so its probably not a problem.

Anyway, the plot seems well thought out, characters picked nicely, the story sounds wonderful and I hope this was the kind of comment you were looking for-a constructive comment because the summary is what will make everyone want to read your story and the better it is-the more will read. I really like the summary but I hope these few pointer will help improve it and make more people want to read it because I truly believe this story is going to be amazing.
