I adore the completely volitile relationship between Poison and Sands. You can see he gives a shit, particuarly when he's treadding carefully with her, trying to do what he feels best by her. It's sweet, in a slightly fucked up sort of way (but hey, it's 2019, everythings a little fucked)

As for sands back story, I'm curious as to what exactly triggered her to run away from BLI in the first place, other than that it was so detailed and well thought out that I completely ignored anyone calling my name while I read it. And my heart broke for Sands a little when Coture died. Losing a friend is never easy and from what I've read, by that point she's already lost enough </3

Gonna do my best to give you guys a good comment with what little time I have.

Have to say, the last three chapters have been pretty interesting. I was totally NOT expecting such a past to have come from Sands. I'm the sort of person who likes to try and predict what happens in stories, and I absolutely love it when I'm completely wrong %100 of the way. Especially when it's so well written. The last chapter was particularly wonderful, the scene set up with Chow Mein was on the verge of becoming a little intense, and I absolutely fucking LOVE the dialect you guys use. It's a little bad ass to tell the truth. Keep up the WONDERFUL work you two! :D

Well, I still don't get why she kept the whole "unmasking them is their final fall" thing hidden all this time. =/ I DO get why she didn't say first off that her dad is the sociopath behind this Hell. I mean, that's obvious.

Sooo I managed to eventually read through all this amidst my terrible multi-tasking, and I gotta say, I'm impressed, if not at least intrigued (thank you Catherine!)

I honestly would never know how to work a good story with another author, but the two of you seem to to a pretty good job. I was admittedly a little trepidatious, your summary made it sound like a typical Killjoy fic, but I kept my promise and read anyway and I have to say I'm glad I did. Not just because it's actually well written, but because it takes the idea slightly off the beaten path. It doesn't follow the same routine everyone else seems to be. Although initially I was a little confused by the overlap at the beginning, but after that I got used to it quite easily and it began to read much more smoothly. I'm also enjoying the deep contrast between Silver Sands and Suspect 12's personalities, and the fact that their back stories seem like they're going to crash. And when I say crash, I don't mean that in a bad way at all! :D

I luffs this story. ^_^ My fave character out of the two OC's is Silver Sands, mostly because it intrigues me that she's known these guys for a long time, and yet still no one knows anything about her.
