I love this! It's so sweet, and I like the smooth [and instant] transition from playboy to lover. I had a few favorite quotes:

“I’m always nice, you guys just aren’t worth my effort on” Sam laughed then motioned towards the door

“what happened?” he asked and I thumbed Jacob
“this nutter jumped on the bed, catapulting me out of it”

It's a cute story and I love the plot line but the spacing in the story is a bit off, your "tenses" are wrong some times, and you forgot first letter capitals some times. But it's good. :)
