Flight 126 - Comments

This was wonderfully written. It had this whistfullness surrounding it, and the words were so neatly tied together. I liked not knowing for sure what was going on, and I had to re-read the last chapter twice to really get that, oh he didn't get the girl. I liked that, the mix between clear (where you stated things so obviously that there was no way to misinterpret) and blurry, where you give the air of confusion. And that's where I had to re-take the last few steps, because it didn't scream out "HEY BOY DOES NOT GET GIRL!!!!!" and that was great.

I love the layout as well, it's simple and yet elegant.

Favorite line was So this time, when I run off the plane wearing my stupid fake moustache, ridiculous cowboy hat, red bandana, and outdated bolo tie, she won’t be there. [/]

I could go on, but nothing I say right now makes much sense. x]

Second, the first chapter was so sweet and cute.

Beautifully executed. Simple, delicate, held emotion. Not overdone, didn't hold back too much information, gave away the perfect amount. I really have nothing else to comment on, I've no complaints, and if I speak more, I'll only be re-phrasing what was stated in the first sentences.

And even though crowds of people will stare at me and my ridiculous get-up, not a single one of those people will have her eyes.

You're quite correct, Aaden, when you say you've still got it. I like what you came up with to go along with the picture, it was very creative and although short, it was structured quite well. There isn't much I can say negatively about it, considering how great it was. Good luck in the contest!
