Yay, you posted another update to this story! I've been looking forward to see what you'd come up with.
Hm... I think you should keep it the way it is. Don't take it down; I like it, really. :) You've actually given it a different approach than I thought you would. And it's a completely different idea than I originally thought. Like, I thought the baby was actually going to be Nick's, but she's not. And speaking of her, I just... adore her name. Ever. And I also like the name for the main character, too: Daphne. :)
Ooh... I wonder how Nick and his family are going to react to the news, though. That's kind of big going from it being her sister to her daughter. I'm thinking they'll take it okay, though. They seem like they'd be pretty understanding; plus if Daphne and Nick are as serious as you said, I'm sure he'll understand too. :)
One thing, though, and it's actually in the very first sentence. lol. You described Daphne's hoody as 'heather gray'... I'm pretty sure that should be leather, right? lol. If not, I've never heard that term used before. Just thought I should point that out in case you didn't see it.
Overall, great second update to this story! Can't wait for more! :D

You wrote this nicely, a nice mixture of dialogue and descriptions

I do think this story has a promising plot to it
I think you should keep trying and not give up on this story so easily
