The simplicity of this, I think, is what made it so powerful to read. Too many times I found myself in such a similar condition. I suppose the only difference would be that, since I'm having a panic attack for seemingly no reason most of the time, my chant is, "You're not dying. It's just a panic attack. You're not dying. Why would you be dying? There's no reason. You're not dying."
