I like this chapter! It hints at Dr. Crane's sadistic relationship with fear. Although I don't think he would react to it sexually, he would definitely react to the feeling of having power over her. You should also take into consideration that Dr. Crane is an antiseptic, cold, and humorless man while his alter ego, The Scarecrow, is demanding and agressive. How would each character react to this situation?
