Stare like You'll Stay. - Comments

May be a bit late with this story but honestly I have never read something so amazing. The whole story line was different and fresh, something completely new that kept me intrigued from the start. I was honestly surprised with the ending, certainly wasn't the way I thought the story was going. I love the surprise, honestly one of my favourite stories!:)

So, I don't know when you started and finished this story, or if you'll even care that I read it so much later than everyone. However, the last chapter asked for a comment that I simply could not turn down. There were a few typos in the story, none of which I truly care to point out and be mean. I loved the story though. The love scenes were done so incredibly tastefully that I felt mildly jealous of your writing. Joel... you introduced me to a new band, of which I am incredibly in love with. I figured the boyfriend was dead within the first chapter, but I waited till the end to see if I was correct instead of cheating. I let myself bite my nails, hoping she'd come to her senses with every click of the mouse for the next chapter. It was amazing... now I'm going to go stalk...I mean, find another of your stories to fall in love with. :) <3

"Money Honey" came on while I was reading chapter 25 and the first "I can be a better me" played the same time I read it. It was really eerie.

That was wonderful. This whole entire story was wonderful.
You are such a fantastic writer. I don't see how it could've possibly been done any better.
I'm sad that it's over, but I know that that only means you can move on to write even better (if that's possible) things. <3

I can't think of a better way of it ending, her getting closure and all AND you hinting that they were going to the city hall (presumably to get married) just made it even better ^_^

I LOVE THE ENDING AND THE WHOLE STORY AND JUST EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.
Seriously though, I love the whole ice cream part! Ahhh so cute. And Ana finally opening up and then them going to the grave site. It was the perfect ending for them. I really loved it! Ana and Joel will be missed! They had so many cute and intense moments. This story was amazing!

Well, I definitely loved the Wuthering Heights reference <3 but just know that I'm super glad Joel didn't end up pulling a Heathcliff. That would have been awful.

I really liked the metaphor about Joel being a triathlete, because I'm a runner I somehow always compare things in my life to running in some way.

Lastly, I'm glad that Ana was finally able to let Chris go. Joel and Ana will grow old together and be one of those cute old couples (well in my mind anyways lol)

It took me all day to decide to read this. And I'm sad I did cause now I know its over.
The realization sucks. Haha.
But the story was awesome!

When I got the e-mail alerting me that the chapter was up I debated whether or not to read right at the moment or just wait.
I waited a bit just preparing myself to the end. This story was so intense! From the first chapter to this ending one, I could feel everything and be a part of it. This was so good and meaningful.
Your writing gets better with each story and you put so much work on them and it shows through, making us eager to read everything.
I loved it too much! Thanks for writing - I know I annoyed the hell outta you about making a Joel story... Now it's time to annoy you to think about another one <3

this has been my favourite of yours for a long time. and like so many if your alendings i think you got this o e just right. joel was just what ana needed, and vice versa and there was something so pure about their love. i think you did an awesome job witb the mystery and i thoroghly enjoyed figuring it out. over all i think it was very moving and im sad to see the end but happy witb the outcome. awesome job :)

Joel and Ana were just sooo cute. all the cute love scene. the way you wrote them you could tell they were making love than just having sex.
