Aw, this was so incredibly adorable!
The ending had me all weak at the knees, even though I wasn't standing up. You really captured the feeling of dancing in the rain (I know that feeling, 'cause I wanna do it too); that feeling of being free and not caring about anything.
And the "like a fireworks show" made me smile. Maybe you were thinking the same thing I'm thinking when you heard those lyrics, but no matter what, I smiled at that because in my head, it referred to something, and I'm sure you know what that something is. =D
So, sorry about the rant, but this made me really happy to read and at the same time all nostalgic and hopeful. Past, present and future feelings, all wrapped up in a one-shot.
