I really enjoyed this. It's the perfect length, and has a very good balance between diolouge and description. I like the twist you put on the song, because many can relate to it. Nice job. :)

This was very touching. You did a nice job with this one-shot. And even though you took a different approach with the song inspiration, I still think it fit very well.

I really enjoyed this piece. It showed. Relatable topic that is simple, yet interesting. Details are everything in a short story and you expressed them well. I felt as if I were there with the character. The only advice I might be able to give, it to make sure you read over the product numerous times to make sure you catch all small mistakes. Other than that, it was a nice piece and I hope you did well in the contest.
