I just finished getting myself caught with all the chapters.
And I have to say I love this story.
You are such an amazing writer, so descriptive.
I love how there was a friendly connection between Frank and Gerard immediately. Not love right off the bat, but they were comfortable around one another. I find Gerard's personality so much fun to read.
"Just to make sure all the syrup was gone." That is just too cute ^_^
It's good that we get a sense of Frank's past as well.

I think the chapter when Gerard wakes up after Mikey's party stands out the most to me.
In the moment of his clarification, Gerard felt more ill than he ever had in his life despite being physically healthy. The pain in his head paled greatly to the gnawing ache in his heart.
We would, should, hate Gerard after what he did to Frank. But that line and whole chapter really makes us feel sympathy for him. He never intended it to happen and he really does care for Frank, even after the short amount of time they've known each other.

As for this past chapter, I'm so glad Gerard has found Frank. It's clear neither have forgotten the other.
I'm looking forward to the next chapter, seeing where they head next :]

This story is awesome.

Gerard needs to get Frank in his car and take him some place warm.

Jeeze... that imagery is beautiful. The scene of Gerard holding a beaten Frank in the snow at night time is just so wonderfully powerful <3

I read all the updates today and I must say that I absolutely love this story!
I'm trying to leave a good rewiev now, because a good writer deserves one.

First of all, I love the way you include lyrics in the fic, usually doing that annoys the shit out of me but not this time. The lyrics are short enough so I don't skip reading them and they really suit the situations. You don't just use Demolition Lovers or something from the Smashing Pumpkins like every other author out there, I love it how there are so many bands.

Um what else! Oh the plot! I really like it, I love drama like that! And somehow, I dunno why, this story brings the Catcher In The Rye into my mind, I think that it's because of the New York part. I like the whole mood in the story, it's hard to explain, but it's the same mood that I get when I read said book.

I think no matter what, Frank is never going to completely be able to hate Gerard. I loved the opening to that chapter. Was done so well.

And I seriously don't know what to make of this Rick character... Makes my dislike for his mother grow even more. Rick's harsh words were kind of expected because he just seems to be that kind of filth, but it was still a shock.

I'm slightly scared as to where the next chapter is going to take us.

I really like how you your wrote the last two chapters, esepcially. Adds a definite touch of realism.

And three updates... a comment is definitely deserved.
