I loved the update Jess!! I have this terrible two second theory that came to my head. Brendon said that he left, granted he did. He hasn't been back since until now. But Ann has had his scent in her room a few times. So I think this, either a Dandie is trying to lure her out with Brendon's clothes or Ronny(i think that his name) is trying to get her out of the house. Or it is Pete and he feels terrible for what he did so he has Brendon's clothes to help Ann, because of her depression.
