I can't even... Just, wow.

This is by far one of the best stories I've ever read.
At first, I though it would be really strange with Billie Joe being a "girl" but, it just works so well. A story like this could be easily screwed up, but you really made it work. You had me hooked after the very first chapter. I read the whole thing in one night. The entire story is wonderfully written, and I love it so damn, much.

Please don't end it here. It's too good to be discontiued. I am dying to know what happens next.

I just finished reading, and I really, really, really want you to keep writing. I mean, holy fuck do you have a way with words. The way you make everything feel real is just this amazing talent you have. I would love you to continue but since the last comment was dated to October, I'm guessing you won't. But I want you to know. You're a fucking amazing writer.

The way you write is amazing...simple, yet so detailed and expressive. I can actually picture Billie in her girly outfits at school, having conversations with Mike.

This is the first trans-sex story I've read, and I love it.

I read this a long time ago, and I was hoping that you had added a few chapters since last time I read...hmm. I was really disappointed to learn that you're thinking of discontinuing this story, but I do understand. Sometimes you just lose the desire/inspiration to write certain stories. I've done it plenty of times.

You haven't done any Green Day stories in a long time....but I digress.

You're my fucking inspiration Dru...you were the person that inspired me to write slash. Keep up the good work. :)

It's extremely well written
Not all about sex, sex and more sex
It gives you the High School Romance feel
and has the main character being herself and not some doll.

You may never update this again but I'm still going to subscribe in the hope you may one day decide to write an update

Ah, yes, an old favorite from gsb. I would like for you to write another chapter, this was very good. I'm interested to see where it goes. This is the only Green Day related fiction I still read. :] Way to go Dru.

I'm really liking this story so far. I'm surprised you haven't the motivation to write more. It's amazing and deep and shows that people aren't just shallow, or what they appear to be. I love the way Mike seemed to swear to himself he wasn't going to flirt with Billie Jo any more, but in the end, he ended up kissing her, and bringing Tre into the story was great too, even though it wasn't for that good a cause.

Adrienne - she makes me smile. She's so cute in an uncute way :cute:. The way she keeps pushing Mike and Billie's relationship just makes me smile, because it is so immature and girlish of her, despite the way she dresses.

Billie - well, at first, I kept thinking of this typical transvestite with the square face, thick eyeliner, dark lipstick and a fake beauty spot, but after a while, I started seeing her as a normal girl with dark hair and nice clothes. She pisses me off at times - the way she underappreciates her mother, when she could be so much worse about the situation. She could have smacked her about the face and told her she never wanted to see her dressed like that when Billie declared that she was a girl, but instead, she accepted her daughter and did her best to make life good for her. She tries so hard to make her daughter happy, but she just... has problems. I also love the way Ollie knows Billie's up to no good, yet she pretends to be completely oblivious. I wish I had a mother like that.

Mike - great guy. What can I say? The way he stands up for Billie and bitches out any guys trying to hit on her makes me smile. He's such a great friend :cute: However, he should appreciate Billie more and actually listen to her every once in a while. Sometimes, I wanna scream at him "quit whoring about, you moron!"

Overall, your story is very well written and, although, a little fast paced and confusing at times, it is very entertaining to read. Worth staying up that extra few hours for! (I'm a slow reader, shush!)

I'm hoping to see more of this!

Dru, I'm going to be honest here.

I've never really taken the time to sit down and read your stories. I mean, I've skimmed through some, and even left you a comment once or twice.

But when I'm about to actually read them, I usually get distracted -most of the time, it's by something shiny, as I'm easily amused by that kind of thing.- But boy, am I glad that I sad down and actually read this.

I thought it was brilliantly done, and I just loved it, plain and simple.

Usually I stick to reading stories just in the My Chem. fandom, but your writing is so captivating and amazing. For serious.

And the way you write...just woah.

I definitely think that you should update this story. It's really good, very well written. Maybe you aren't inspired by it anymore, though, and that's okay, too, I suppose. But, maybe you could just do a little author's note and be like "and then they made up, made out and lived happily ever after". Ya know? Sorry, maybe that was a bit...bossy of me. No filter and all that. I'm gonna stop rambling now. later.
