I have tears rolling down my face. I know how it feels to lose someone so close to you, and them being taken way before their time. My whole life I was told I didn't have a father.....and I don't know my dad, I just know of him, and the terrible things he has done. I'm so sorry you had to go through this heart ache and emptiness in your heart where your daddy should be. Growing up without a father has made me realize how important it is for kids, especially girls to have someone to call dad. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here for you. oh crap I got teary eyes! My father is still alive, but it's kinda like he isn't because he never talks to me, and when he does, he just says the most awful things you can imagine, that no man should ever tell their child. Crap now I really am crying. So yeah, I know what's it like losing someone you love and look up to. Though he didn't actually die, it's like he's dead to me which makes it all even more painful. I love your story though, it's really touching. <3
