The Little Voices - Comments

  • I really, really love what you did with this prompt. It was absolutely well-written and your word choice was perfect. The words were just strung together beautifully. And I love your idea with styling the font that way. Great work.

  • First off, the title was excellent. It really caught my interest because not only am I drawn to twisted writing of yours, but it sounds like it’s right up my alley. tehe Okay, ugh, oh my gosh. Yes, those words were so necessary. This was…I love how you didn’t capitalize anything. It really, really worked well with the mood. I love the use of the word sweetheart repeatedly; it makes me think of someone stroking someone else’s hair and telling them how much they suck at life at the same time. Which is pretty much what this is, but all mentally. I don’t…yeah. I can’t gush over this one because it’s so sad and soooo good. Sad <3 Haven

  • This is brilliant, I love the patronising tone of the 'sweetheart' and felt it worked really well. The lowercase capitals worked well too, it just made it seem like it is a voice in a head? Like a dialogue written down quickly.
The rhetorical questions are a really good effect as well, you're a really good writer.
