Expect Anything Less - Comments

I was hooked from the prologue...I simply love that you have taken the title from Enchanted by Taylor Swift as I used to listen to her a lot when I was younger. I think that whilst you claim this is only a filler that it will make for an interesting story in the chapters to come. It's really nice that you have put so much effort into researching the dates of the tour, and a very neat idea to get footage of them from youtube (which will immerse the reader in your story more).

Aw, I'm so happy you got back on! I read a lot of stories and leave quite a few comments, but a majority often go unanswered, which saddens me. So I'm so happy you saw the one on yours! :)
And I'm glad you're considering writing for the story again. Like I said, I'll be here to read. If you choose to edit, rework, rewrite anything, etc... just let me know and I'll read it over again. I can understand wanting to change things or just make them better; it should be natural as a writer, to get better. :)
I really hope you do pick it up again, but no rush. But yes, I really love the concept you have with this story. Again, hope you keep it an Alex one (it's still brilliant and I'll probably read regardless, but I do tend to enjoy Alex love interest fics a bit more), and I'll be here if you do.

Oh my god. I honestly haven't been on this website in over a year, maybe two. That is so kind of you to leave such a great comment. I think I might revisit this story; I've been thinking about it for a couple of weeks now. I don't currently have a working laptop, but I'll definitely consider coming back to this once I get my current laptop fixed.

I might want to go back and edit it a little bit, cause my writing style has definitely changed (hopefully for the better). I remember coming up with this story and it was so much fun planning it out and writing the bits of it that I wrote.

If I do continue it, you can probably assume it has a lot to do with your motivation. Thank you.

So I just stumbled across this and wanted to leave a comment because I wanted to let you know that I really like what you have of this story. Although it was never finished, what you had of it was great writing-wise; I enjoy Carter's character because she's a bit carefree and it's interesting how you make her hard to read when it comes to her feelings. Like I feel like a lot of authors try to do the same but don't make it as elusive, however, you have done a great job with that.
I'm sad to see it was never continued, perhaps life got busy or maybe you just lost inspiration. It happens. But I just wanted to comment to let you know people like me are still stumbling across this and enjoying it. If you ever do choose to continue, I will be here to read. I would love to see how the story would continue.
Even though a definitive love interest wasn't set up, it looks like with that last update you were maybe leaning toward Alex, and I would honestly stick with that. I think his and Carter's chemistry is definitely there. And that would be awesome to see it develop.
But yeah, I understand if you're not able to continue. I've definitely lost a lot of my inspiration lately, so I know the feeling.
But great job with what you had of this, seriously. :)

Hey, I just got to the part where Carter and Alex go outside the motel room to talk and they kiss. I am very interested to find out what happened between them before and also find out what happened to make Carter change so much. I have a feeling there is going to be some major drama coming up in this that s going to make some pretty good reading

I am a little sad that this has not been updated in awhile. I am doing comment swap so here comes the onslaught of words. I like this story. It is very far from my usual story interest. Um I do not have too much to say about this so I guess I will talk about myself a little. I'm 17, I skateboard, play guitar, use facebook, google, gmail, gdocs, mibba, I bike every now and again. I love chocolate but not what it does to my acne problem. I have had ups and downs like everybody else. I love to run. I wrestled freshman year in high school obviously. I may do football next year which is my senior year by the way. I still don't have my license, I am on my permit still. I think I'm done I guess we'll see.

Woww! Well first of all, let me start with the layout. I absolutely love it. It’s simple yet fun, and made it look like “Hey, you should read this story because the layout is so awesome!”. I also love the realness that you give to the characters and also how well the plot is developed. I'm really diggin' this. I love Carter's bluntness, though I have feeling it'll come back and bite her in the ass later. Personally I'm rooting for an Alex story - that's not surprising at all - but whoever you choose works too. It'll be interesting to see Carter interact with the other bands, at least that's what I think. Why do I have feeling Jack will be the last to learn of her new wild side?
