I really like the background you used, I haven't seen it before and it looks really nice. Plus I love purple in just about anything.
The quote was a good one to use as a chapter title, and you could start the whole story from it. It worked pretty well I think. One thing about this story that stood about immediately was more about the layout, the text is really hard for me to read because it's so light so I would have changed the color to be darker or something but that's just me.
Gosh this is like the definition of depression. I had to tell someone about being depressed just earlier today and I described it as no will to really do anything. You captured that here and I think that this was a good drabble, nice job.
